Contract-to-hire after 90 calendar days We are hiring multiple dependable employees for full-time overnight packaging positions with a leading cheese and dairy manufacturer in Lena, Wisconsin. Responsibilities Package finished cheese products according to production requirements Rotate between packaging lines and workstations Assist with production setup and product changeovers Inspect products for visible quality concerns Read and follow packaging schedules and verification reports Lift and handle tubs or finished products weighing approximately 25-30 pounds Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food-safety procedures, and workplace safety rules Complete assigned cleaning and sanitation procedures Work cooperatively with production and packaging team members Qualifications Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work overnight hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays when scheduled Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to frequently stand, bend, reach, squat, stoop, and lift 25-30 pounds Ability to work safely in a fast-paced food-production environment Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, dairy, restaurant, farm, or general labor experience is helpful but not required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Why Apply?
