About Us We're a welcoming, guest-focused hotel looking for a dependable Night Auditor to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to accuracy and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and requests Balance and reconcile the day's transactions, post charges, and run end-of-day reports Complete the nightly audit and roll the system over to the next business day Prepare daily financial summaries and deposits for the accounting team Monitor property security, respond to alarms or incidents, and complete regular walk-throughs Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and late arrivals or no-shows Prepare breakfast service areas and assist with light morning setup as needed Document shift notes and communicate any issues to the incoming morning team What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong math skills and exceptional attention to detail Comfort with property management systems or willingness to learn Clear, friendly communication skills and a professional demeanor Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision Availability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with overnight shift differential Discounted hotel stays and rates at partner properties
