RoleThis role will lead cross-functional semiconductor (Wireless, Photonics) development programs (including planning, managing, and executing all aspects of our projects, to meet the projects' goals on time, within budget, and to specifications and quality). This role also includes driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution excellence across the organization (development and optimization of project management processes, tools, governance, and best practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead semiconductor product development projects and strategic programs from concept through volume production rampsDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource plans, and milestone trackingCoordinate cross-functional teams including:

Device and process EngineeringValidation and Test EngineeringFirmware/Software DevelopmentManufacturing OperationsQuality and ReliabilityMarketing, Sales and Product ManagementDrive alignment across stakeholders to achieve project objectives, timelines, and business goalsManage program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plansLead project reviews, executive status reporting, and stakeholder communicationsManage client and stakeholder relationships and communicationMonitor key program metrics including schedule adherence, budget performance, resource utilization, and milestone achievementEnsure effective prioritization and decision-making among competing business and technical requirementsFacilitate cross-functional problem-solving to address project bottlenecks and execution challengesCollaborate with a team of Project Managers to continue to evolve our project executionDevelop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, templates, and governance processesSupport continuous improvement in the PMO organizationSupport adoption of project management tools and digital solutions that improve visibility, collaboration, and reportingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field5+ years of project or program management experience in the semiconductor, electronics, photonics, wireless, or high-technology industryExperience managing cross-functional product development projects through multiple development phasesStrong understanding of semiconductor product development lifecyclesProven ability to manage complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesExperience developing schedules, managing risks, and driving execution to critical milestones.
