Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy service operation in Corona, California. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and is committed to delivering a positive customer experience. The person in this role will manage frequent customer interactions, coordinate service requests, and work closely with internal teams to help ensure issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with questions, service scheduling, and general support by providing clear and reliable information
  • Record details of customer conversations and service activity thoroughly in internal systems
  • Partner with dispatch, service, and other internal teams to help resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain a composed, helpful, and solutions-focused approach while working in a fast-moving call environment
  • Support order entry and related administrative tasks tied to customer requests and service coordination
