Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other statutory financial obligations. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred. 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
Experience:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
