Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator / Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing, account management, and customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, needs, and goals to provide tailored solutions Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts Conduct regular account reviews and develop strategic plans to grow account revenue Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary Maintain open lines of communication with clients, keeping them informed about order status, product updates, and company news Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services Implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize loyalty
Order Management:
Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping departments to meet delivery deadlines Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock issues to relevant teams Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns according to company policies Generate and distribute order-related reports to internal stakeholders
Manufacturing Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing processes, capabilities, and limitations Provide accurate information to clients regarding product specifications, customization options, and production timelines Collaborate with the production team to address client-specific requirements and ensure feasibility Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in manufacturing Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer insights and market feedback
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations as needed
