Job Description

We are a fast-growing sales and business consulting firm in El Monte looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as a Frontier Sales Representative. Frontier Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Guide customers through account setup, service enrollment, and plan selection with accuracy. Explain Frontier telecom solutions clearly, answer questions, and help customers choose the right services. Record customer interactions on mobile devices, track progress, and use feedback to improve retention. Resolve service issues by clarifying features, troubleshooting concerns, and escalating complex cases quickly. Work with Frontier teams to keep messaging consistent and deliver seamless customer experiences. Complete training to strengthen customer service skills, communication techniques, and telecom knowledge. What We're Looking For in a
Frontier Sales Representative:
High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or marketing preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present service options clearly. Experience in customer support, retail, or sales valued, especially in telecom or subscription‑based services. Organized, proactive, and collaborative with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to manage accounts, track engagement, and ensure compliance accuracy.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
