Challenge Champions June Giveaway and Contest — Official Rules
Overview
The June 2026 Challenge Champion promotion includes three drawings: two random-chance sweepstakes drawings (Drawings 1 and 2) and one skill-based contest (Drawing 3), each with separate entry requirements as described below. By participating in any eligible activity during the entry period, you agree to these rules.
Winners will be selected as described below and notified within seven (7) business days of each drawing date via email. Odds of winning the random-chance drawings depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing 3 is a skill-based contest; winning depends on the accuracy of the participant’s guess.

General Rules
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
By participating in this promotion, each participant represents and warrants that he or she meets the eligibility requirements detailed in these rules. Failure to meet all eligibility requirements may result in disqualification. Entry constitutes your acceptance of these rules. All entries become the property of Tallo and its affiliates (the “Sponsor”) and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters.
This promotion begins at 12:01 AM ET on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026, with drawings taking place on or before July 7, 2026.
Eligibility
Open to all residents of the United States who are age 13 or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental consent to participate, including consent to the publicity rights described in the “Conditions of Entry” section below. If a winner is below the age of majority in his or her state or jurisdiction, the winner’s parent or legal guardian may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or agree to these rules in writing on their behalf and on behalf of the minor child. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
Drawings and Entry Requirements
Drawing 1 — Community Challenge Prize (10 winners, random drawing)
Entry period: June 1 – June 30, 2026.
To enter: Participate in any June community challenge (the “June Community Challenges”) posted in the main Tallo feed and submit a response by 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026. Participants may enter once per June Community Challenge. Multiple entries into the same individual challenge will be deemed invalid, and only the first valid submission will be considered for that challenge.
Drawing 2 — Challenge Champions Bonus Prize (1 winner, conditional random drawing)
Entry period: June 1 – June 30, 2026.
This drawing is only activated if the Challenge Champions group collectively reaches the designated engagement threshold (20 reactions or responses) during the entry period (as announced in the group).
To enter: Be an active member of the Tallo Challenge Champions group and react or respond to a designated weekly unlock post by 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. If the activation threshold is not met, this drawing will not take place and no prize will be awarded for Drawing 2.
Drawing 3 — Challenge Champions Scavenger Hunt Prize (1 winner, skill-based contest)
Entry period: June 1 – June 30, 2026.
This drawing is a skill-based contest. The winner will be determined by the accuracy of the participant’s guess, not by random chance.
To enter: Be an active member of the Tallo Challenge Champions group and submit (1) your best guess for the total number of Cal stamps hidden across the community during June, and (2) your career area of interest, via the designated submission thread by 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026. The career area of interest field is required for entry and will be used by Tallo in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Each participant may submit one (1) guess. If the Challenge Champions group collectively reaches the designated community unlock threshold during the entry period (as announced in the group), each participant may submit one (1) additional guess for a maximum of two (2) guesses total. Only eligible guesses submitted via the designated submission thread will be accepted.
Judging: The winner will be the participant whose submitted guess is closest to the actual total number of Cal stamps hidden. If a participant submitted two (2) guesses (via the community unlock), the guess closest to the actual total will be used for that participant. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the eligible participant who submitted their closest guess first.
Winning Entries
Drawing 1: Ten (10) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Drawing 2: One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period, provided the activation threshold has been met. If the threshold is not met, no prize will be awarded for Drawing 2.
Drawing 3: One (1) winner will be determined by judging as described above.
The Sponsor reserves the right (i) to reject any entry that does not meet the submission requirements; (ii) to not award a prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries; and (iii) to cancel the promotion if prevented from timely continuing with it as planned herein by any event beyond its control.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV)
Drawing 1 — Community Challenge Prize: Ten (10) winners each receive one (1) SkillsUSA prize box including: a SkillsUSA pin, stickers, and a fidget keychain (ARV: 20 each).
Drawing 2 — Challenge Champions Bonus Prize (conditional on activation threshold): One (1) winner receives one (1) Tallo swag kit including: a Tallo tumbler, notebook, tote, and straw topper (ARV: $25).
Drawing 3 — Challenge Champions Scavenger Hunt Prize: One (1) winner receives one (1) Tallo tech bundle including: a Bluetooth speaker, ring light, wireless charger, cord organizer tote, and Tallo hat (ARV: $50).
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize.

Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email no more than seven (7) business days after the applicable drawing date. Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days of winner notification. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or portion of any prize with one of equal or greater value in case of unavailability.
Conditions of Entry
Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this promotion and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, condition, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any prize. By entering, participants agree that their submitted activity and engagement on Tallo may be used anonymously for educational and program improvement purposes in Tallo’s content and resources. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its agents to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Entrants (i) agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”); (ii) release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor as well as their employees, officers, directors and agents (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury, including death or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
Governing Law and Arbitration
This promotion shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Entrants hereby agree that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies (“Claims”) arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or JAMS, as selected by the entrant.
NEITHER PARTY HAS THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE A CLAIM IN COURT OR HAVE A JURY TRIAL ON A CLAIM. FURTHER, NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ENTRANT HAS THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR OTHER PERSONS SIMILARLY SITUATED, OR AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OF CLAIMANTS PERTAINING TO ANY CLAIM SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. OTHER RIGHTS THAT ENTRANT WOULD HAVE IF ENTRANT WENT TO COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.
The arbitrator’s authority to resolve Claims is limited to Claims between Sponsor and entrant alone, and the arbitrator’s authority to make awards is limited to awards to Sponsor and entrant alone. Furthermore, Claims brought by either party against the other may not be joined or consolidated in arbitration with Claims brought by or against any third party, unless agreed to in writing by all parties. No arbitration award or decision will have any preclusive effect as to issues or claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of this promotion or in the announcement of any prize.
