Real Careers, Real Journeys™ is Tallo’s career speaker program, designed to give students direct access to professionals working across industries — and to answer the questions students are actually thinking about.
A Tallo host leads every session, interviewing the guest with a set of structured questions and built-in student engagement activities. Volunteers show up and share their story. You and your students show up ready to listen and ask.
Sessions cover what career paths actually look like — the decisions, pivots, and trade-offs — not just the job description. Students regularly ask things like: “If you could go back, would you choose this again?” and “Can I do this without a college degree?” This program is built to meet those questions directly.
