Part time (20-24 hours a week) Assist the manager in: Marketing Efforts Process Applications Move In Procedures Leasing & Inspections Resident Retention Resident outreach and communications Rent Collection Practices Income Certifications Preferred Skills (some training available) Knowledge of HUD compliance regulations as it relates to job responsibilities Coordinating Assigned Projects Vendor Contact Outreach/Community Involvement Coordinating and supervising Maintenance Techs Oral and written communication skills Manage phones Manage Calendars File Organization Document Management Sensitivity and awareness of Confidentiality issues Office Supplies Inventory and Procurement Effectively use computers including software and internet applications
