Exempt Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the financial management of all aspects of the business' accounting department. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Accounts Payable:
Works with management to ensure that all invoices are submitted, reviewed and posted to the General Ledger in a timely manner, along with all credit card and/or petty cash transactions.
Revenue:
Ensures that all revenue is posted to the General Ledger in a timely manner and that all daily settlements are reconciled accordingly.
Month-End Close:
Responsible for conducting a timely month-end close, including reconciling the Balance Sheet, along with all Bank Accounts and Credit Card Accounts on a monthly basis.
Payroll & Benefits:
Processes bi-weekly payroll. Reviews and audits all employee benefits and works with Human Resources to ensure accurate employee withholdings and deductions and utilization of paid time off and/or leaves of absence.
Reporting & Filing:
Responsible for filing monthly sales & use tax, annual 1099s, Property Tax Filings, Annual Corporate Reports, and overseeing any internal or external audits. Responsible for building and/or generating internal reports for ownership and management and assisting with annual budget development.
Expansion, Integration & Controls:
Responsible for developing and implementing SOPs and financial controls designed to streamline daily operations and ensure financial integrity and responsibility. Tasked with exploring integration opportunities between point-of-sales and ERP to streamline communications and daily operations. Assist the President in expanding sales and growth opportunities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises two employees (non-supervisory). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and have experience in a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP) such as
NetSuite, Sage, or SAP Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.
A. / B. S.
) from four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
