ACCOUNTANT Derby, CT We're working with a growing organization looking to add an Accountant to its team.

JOB COSTING EXPERIENCE IS KEY!

This is a great opportunity for an accountant who enjoys working with project costs, financial reporting, and partnering with operational teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

Job costing and cost analysis
Month-end reporting and forecasting
WIP schedules and project cost updates
Vendor invoice processing and reconciliations
Assisting with AP and payment processing
Working closely with Project Managers and other internal teams

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of accounting experience
Strong job costing experience
Strong Excel skills
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
Sage 300 or similar accounting system experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Construction industry experience is NOT required.
