Experienced Automotive Finance Manager We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in automotive finance, strong lender relationships, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This individual will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting protection products, ensuring compliance, and maximizing profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Review customer credit applications and identify financing solutions that best meet their needs. Present financing options, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other ancillary products with professionalism and integrity. Prepare and finalize all finance and delivery documentation in compliance with legal, regulatory, and dealership requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners. Consistently achieve monthly goals for F&I income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience. Support and mentor team members while contributing to a positive, high-performance culture. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. Demonstrated track record of strong production, profitability, and product penetration. Exceptional customer service skills with a history of maintaining high CSI scores. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented. Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
