Qualifications:
Active SLPA license (state eligibility required) Experience in a school environment, especially private schools, is preferred Commitment to onsite work, 35 hours per week Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for helping diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language services aligned with student IEP goals Collaborate closely with SLPs, teachers, and families to support student growth Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation and progress records Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to school team planning Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of a small caseload
