You'll lead bakery production, work side by side with Chef Delphine, and take on more of the kitchen as we grow.

Our menu includes made-to-order sweet and savory crepes, French pastries, breakfast breads, hearty soups, signature salads and sandwiches, take-home entrees, fruity French sirop drinks, and a full bar with craft cocktails, wine, and beer. The bakery case gives many of our guests their first impression of us, and you'll be the one filling it.

The RoleThis job is mostly baking with some cooking. You'll own daily bakery production. Over time you'll learn savory prep, menu development, and kitchen leadership, and grow into a key member of our kitchen leadership team as the business expands.

What You'll BringRequired:

2+ years of professional baking experience in a bakery, cafe, or restaurantSolid command of baking techniques and principles, and the ability to follow and scale recipes accuratelyAttention to detail and a good eye for finishing and presentationStrong time management in a fast-paced kitchenA real desire to grow into a kitchen leadership roleKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesPhysical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbWeekend availabilityServSafe certification (or the ability to obtain it after hire)
