As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and overall property presentation. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures meet health standards. Conduct floor cleaning and care using appropriate equipment and cleaning detergents to maintain a pristine appearance. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Handle manual lifting of furniture or heavy items safely during deep cleans or maintenance tasks. Use specialized cleaning equipment for carpet cleaning, dusting, surface cleaning, and outdoor work when required. Communicate professionally with clients regarding property condition or special requests to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles with a focus on customer service. Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards, floor care, surface cleaning, and outdoor maintenance. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper manual handling techniques. Ability to manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated periods. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, walking, and outdoor work environments. Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
