• The Human Resources Administrative Assistant Position is a Contract/Temporary Position

Summary:
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant maintains and enhances the company's Human Resources department by conducting all administrative tasks regarding Human Resources policies, programs, and practices for iPlay America LLC ( and all its facilities including The Bistro at iPlay America, Topgolf Swing Suite (TGSS), Warehouse 100 & Banquets / Events ) and Fundaes Arcade .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the full life cycle of recruitment, including interviewing and hiring potential employees for the company. This also includes managing all job postings / sites and conducting phones screens on behalf of Managers for select job positions. Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions accordingly. Assisting with the preparation of all New Hire Orientations ( i.e., Including initiating and overseeing employee onboarding tasks, and keeping all systems up to date with New Hires / Seasonal Rehires ). Overseeing the Employee Life Cycle ( i.e., Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, counseling and terminating employees ) and the relative administrative duties associated with these tasks. Working with the Human Resources Company ( Paylocity ) & the CFO to process all payrolls ( i.e., For iPlay America and Fundaes Arcade ). Working with the Human Resources Company ( Paylocity ), the COO, & the company's Department Managers to properly conduct conferences with employees ( i.e., Reviewing and resolving employee grievances ). Working with the COO & the company's Insurance Broker(s) to maintain the company's employee Benefits Program(s). This includes informing employees of their Benefits Eligibility as it occurs as well as initiating / managing the Benefit Enrollment process. This position will also work with the COO & the company's Insurance Broker(s) to oversee and manage the Open Enrollment period(s) and the corresponding Enrollment processes. Working with the COO to ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resource federal and state requirements; conducting internal investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Maintaining historical Human Resources records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time. Occasional lifting, medium work, which includes exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and /or in excess of 10 pounds of force frequently.
