Position Overview:

We are seeking a Solventless Extraction Assistant to work directly alongside our solventless department lead. This role is hands-on and production-focused, supporting the full lifecycle of solventless extraction—from washing fresh frozen material to post-processing and final product preparation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about cannabis extraction who wants to grow their skills in solventless processing and be part of a team focused on quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in washing fresh frozen biomass Support ice water extraction processes and material handling Participate in post-processing techniques (freeze drying, sieving, pressing, etc.) Prepare and maintain equipment for daily production Follow and help refine SOPs for solventless production Maintain cleanliness and organization of the extraction workspace Track and record production data accurately Support packaging and preparation of finished solventless products

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a physically demanding, hands-on environment Interest in cannabis extraction and production processes Willingness to learn and take direction Experience in cannabis processing or extraction Familiarity with solventless techniques (ice water hash, rosin pressing, etc.) Experience in a production, lab, or kitchen environment Passion for hash and solventless craftsmanship Attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs Team-oriented mindset Strong organizational habits Curiosity and drive to improve processes
