The Build Style Challenge
October is Careers in Construction Month. Construction isn’t one job. It’s carpenters, electricians, estimators, surveyors, and a lot more, and every one of them is part of getting a building built. This month, take the Build Style quiz to find out how you like to work, then see real construction jobs, with real pay data, that fit.
How it Works
Step 1: Take the quiz
Ten questions, about four minutes. No wrong answers.
Step 2: Get your Build Style
You’ll land on one of four, each with three real jobs that match how you work.
Step 3: Claim your badge and tell us what you got
Share your Build Style and whether it sounds like you. One sentence is plenty. That earns your Construction: Career Fit Explorer 2026 badge.
Badge Deadline: October 31
What you can win: Take the quiz, claim your badge, and tell us what you got for a chance to win a $50 gift card. Open through October 31.
