Job Description

Office Manager Location Sheboygan Falls, WI Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Overview This role oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the Sheboygan Falls office and serves as a central point of contact for employees, vendors, clients, and management. You will coordinate office workflows, support HR and basic accounting activities, manage schedules and office resources, and help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient work environment. What you will do Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships Support HR administration, including onboarding documentation, employee records, and training schedules Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and expense reporting Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, presentations, and business correspondence Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for management personnel Serve as a liaison between departments to support clear communication and efficient workflow Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate facility maintenance and repair needs Support customer service activities as needed Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment What success looks like Office operations and administrative workflows run smoothly and efficiently Employee records, onboarding documentation, invoices, reports, and other administrative records are accurate and organized Meetings, calendars, travel, vendors, and office resources are coordinated effectively Communication between departments, management, vendors, and clients is timely and professional Facility and office needs are addressed promptly Multiple priorities are managed accurately in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision What we are looking for Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage vendor relationships and office supply needs Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Experience with office management software and scheduling tools Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with HR administrative processes, including onboarding and record keeping Professional customer service orientation Ability to adapt to a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing office environment Education and experience High school diploma or equivalent required 2-5 years of experience in office management or a senior administrative role Experience supporting management teams with scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or basic bookkeeping Experience managing office supply inventory and coordinating with vendors Experience maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems Experience preparing internal reports, presentations, and business correspondence Industrial, manufacturing, or technical services experience preferred Additional education or certifications in business administration are a plus Additional information Position is based on-site in Sheboygan Falls, WI Per diem is not included This is a full-time, regular at-will position May be modified from time to time.
