Position Summary We're hiring an Assistant Operations Director to support the Operations Director and help oversee our site managers and our office coordinator across all nine centers. This person will play a key role in day-to-day operations, from staffing and training to patient flow and facility management, helping ensure every location runs smoothly, safely, and delivers a great experience for both patients and staff. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who's a self-starter, problem solver, takes direction well, and above all, works well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Support and guide our 9 site managers and business office coordinator day to day Build schedules and coordinate staff training Improve patient flow and cut down wait times Keep facilities, supplies, and vendors running smoothly Spot issues before they become problems - and bring solutions, not just complaints Help keep every center feeling like a team Serve as a liaison between site-level staff and senior leadership What We're Looking For Healthcare administration experience (urgent care, multi-site, or clinic operations strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage or support multiple teams/locations simultaneously Strong organizational and scheduling skills Excellent communication skills - comfortable working with clinical staff, site managers, and leadership A true self-starter who can identify problems and act, without needing constant oversight Someone who takes direction well and works collaboratively within a small, hands-on leadership structure Above all: a team player who builds trust and works well with people at every level Nice to Have Experience with eCW EMR Background in workflow optimization or process improvement Prior experience training or mentoring staff Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements Some travel between our locations required.

Pay:

$38.00 - $42.00 per hour
