Dunellen, New Jersey Job Description If you're a skilled Punch-List Craftsman with strong residential construction experience, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service, we want to talk to you. We're looking for a dependable craftsman with 4-5 years of residential construction experience who can confidently handle punch-list repairs, sheetrock repair, taping, spackling, painting, light carpentry, and minor plumbing and electrical fixture work. What You'll Be Doing

You'll perform a variety of small residential construction and punch-list projects, helping homeowners and customers complete repairs and finishing work to a high standard. Your work will include everything from drywall repairs and painting to light carpentry and fixture adjustments. Strong customer service and professionalism are essential, as you'll be working directly in residential settings.

Punch-List Craftsman Responsibilities

Perform residential punch-list and repair work

Patch, repair, and finish sheetrock and drywall

Perform taping, spackling, and drywall finishing

Complete interior and exterior painting and touch-ups

Perform light carpentry repairs and installations

Re-align, adjust, and install fixtures as needed

Perform light plumbing fixture installation and repairs

Perform light electrical fixture installation and adjustments

Identify deficiencies and determine the appropriate repair

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, supervisors, and team members

Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied residential settings

Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Follow all applicable safety procedures and jobsite requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A minimum of 4-5 years of residential construction experience

Strong experience with carpentry and sheetrock/drywall work

Experience with taping, spackling, and painting

Experience with light plumbing and electrical work

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work professionally in residential settings

Basic hand and power tools required for general construction and repairs

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to perform physical tasks required for residential construction work

Pay Range:

$25.00/hr. - $45.00/hr (Based on Experience )

Schedule:
