Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Create innovative cocktails and beverage recipes that delight guests and enhance their experience. Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness to meet health and safety standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Uphold food safety standards by handling food and beverages responsibly, including proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Skills Knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage presentation. Proficiency with POS systems for processing transactions seamlessly. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and anticipate their needs. Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to develop new beverage recipes that align with current trends and guest preferences. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within the hospitality industry. Previous experience with banquet or catering service is a plus. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including serving alcohol responsibly and ensuring guest safety.
