Classically trained, or fine dining familiar applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, however we will train the right candidate. Banquet experience is a plus, but not required. We are seeking to pad some of our Sauté, Grill, and Banquet stations for an upcoming busy season, however if you have cooking experience or an eager interest to learn using some of the industry's most cutting- edge equipment among a team of BOH pros, we want to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate will:

Prepare and cook items according to house recipes and Notch 8 standards Maintain a constant diligence for a clean, organized station that extends across all BOH areas Assist with food prep Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times Collaborate with team members as necessary to ensure efficient service Maintain open, effective communication with team members Conducts themselves with professionalism while representing the business both in and out of the kitchen Operate kitchen according to MA state and Union Station standards regarding sanitation, safety, and nutrition regulations Ability to adjust food quantities based on potential volume, avoiding unnecessary waste Be capable of working independently on tasks assigned to completion, and collaborating with our team to spot tasks requiring attention in a fast paced back of house environment We offer flexible time- off and scheduling, however weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required To view our menus and more check out our company Linktree below: https://linktr.ee/unionstation
