You'll help customers design their dream steel buildings, manage our online presence, create engaging marketing content, and play an important role in the continued growth of our business. What You'll Do Sales & Customer Service Help customers design and customize their steel building projects. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, website inquiries, and assist walk-in showroom customers. Design custom buildings using our interactive 3D building software. Prepare quotes and explain available options. Follow up with customers throughout the sales process. Coordinate with manufacturers, engineering, permitting, and scheduling departments. Maintain organized customer records within our CRM. Marketing & Business Growth Manage our Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other social media platforms. Create engaging social media content featuring completed projects, customer testimonials, promotions, and behind-the-scenes updates. Respond to online reviews and customer messages. Help improve our Google Business Profile and online presence. Social Media posting of photos and videos of completed projects for marketing. digital advertising campaigns. Help develop new ideas to generate leads and grow the business. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll become knowledgeable about our products, confidently assist customers through the buying process, manage our online marketing efforts, create engaging content, help improve our online presence, and become an important contributor to the continued growth of Ideal Steel Buildings. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing, and professional. Honest with a strong work ethic. Self-motivated and dependable. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software and technology. An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing. Creative and interested in marketing, photography, video, and social media. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Eager to learn about the steel building industry. Sales experience is required. Marketing experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, personality, and desire to learn. Preferred Qualifications Previous sales or customer service experience. Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, or other social media platforms. Experience creating photos, videos, or marketing content. Basic knowledge of digital marketing. Experience using CRM software. Microsoft Office or Google Workspace experience. Construction or building knowledge is helpful but not required.
