Social Media Content Manager Part to Full Time Position Flexible | In-Person | Solana Beach, CA Help Build a Premier Cosmetic Surgery Brand San Diego Eye & Face is a growing oculofacial plastic surgery and aesthetic practice led by Dr. Kellie Satterfield, MD. We specialize in cosmetic eyelid surgery, injectables, lasers, and advanced facial rejuvenation in a boutique, luxury setting. We're looking for a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Social Media Content Manager to help grow our online presence through engaging content, video production, and digital marketing.

MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE.

What You'll Do Plan, film, edit, and publish content for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Create engaging Reels, Shorts, educational videos, and behind-the-scenes content Help grow our YouTube channel and social media following Write captions, schedule posts, and engage with followers Work directly with Dr. Satterfield to develop creative marketing ideas Track content performance and suggest new strategies to increase engagement and patient inquiries Stay current with social media trends and AI tools to improve efficiency What We're Looking For AI assisted content creation 2-3+ years of experience creating social media content Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Comfortable filming with an iPhone and camera equipment Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Canva (including Bulk Create) to streamline content creation Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects Photography, graphic design, or healthcare marketing experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Pay per hour, commensurate with experience Part to Full-time position available Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time 401(k) with company match Employee discounts on skincare and cosmetic treatments Continuing education opportunities Fun, collaborative team environment with room to grow =========================== How to Apply Please apply through this site and email the following to SDEFcorporate@gmail.
