Temporary, 9/21/26-11/16/26; full-time hours Responsibilities Maintain project timelines, trackers, status reports, documentation, and action-item follow-ups for client programs. Generate and distribute sales, inventory, operational, and account reports; maintain dashboards and support ad hoc analysis. Prepare meeting agendas, notes, follow-up communications, QBR presentations, and other client-facing materials. Monitor customer service, quality, system enhancement, and client-request issues, coordinating resolution with cross-functional teams. Support account deliverables, trade shows, client meetings, business priorities, special projects, and general team administration. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, project coordination, merchandising, sales support, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently. Detail-oriented approach; experience supporting account management, sales, wholesale, retail, uniform programs, presentations, reporting, inventory, order management, or supply chain processes is preferred.
