As part of our crew, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every customer—from taking orders and preparing beverages to keeping the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly . What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent service Take customer orders and accurately operate the POS system Process cash and card transactions and provide accurate change Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to store standards Assist with food preparation and serving while maintaining quality and presentation Answer customer questions and provide helpful recommendations Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean and organized Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures Restock ingredients, beverages, packaging, and other supplies as needed Work efficiently and collaboratively during busy periods Help ensure the store is welcoming, organized, and ready for customers throughout the day What We're Looking For Previous food service, café, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus, but not required Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer-service mindset Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed We're especially looking for someone with Monday-Friday availability who can also commit to working weekends.
