As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled in-house Financial Account Manager who is proficient in QuickBooks and Excel to manage our financial operations. We are currently interviewing for an experienced in-house Financial Account Manager to oversee the financial health of our various brands. The ideal candidate will be an expert in QuickBooks and Excel, with a strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). The chosen candidate will handle daily bookkeeping tasks, maintain financial records, and produce accurate financial statements to support our business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full-cycle financial accounts for multiple brands, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Utilize QuickBooks to record and reconcile transactions, maintain ledgers, and generate financial reports. Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections activities. Prepare and analyze financial statements to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings. Assist in the preparation for audits and support the implementation of internal control measures. Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor departmental spending. Maintain organized financial records and documentation for inventory and payroll reconciliations. Respond to inquiries from management and vendors regarding financial transactions and processes. Keep up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and recommending improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, financial account manager or within a similar role. Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel; familiarity with additional accounting software is a plus. Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable, as well as general accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
