Business Administrator 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Daphne, AL 36527 • Hybrid work Position Summary The Business Administrator will be responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational functions across the organization. This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence as needed. The role does not include management responsibilities and has no direct reports. Responsibilities Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks Process and track invoices , purchase orders , and payments Assist with profit and loss (P&L) statement preparation and review Support the use and maintenance of customer relationship management ( CRM ) systems Perform general administrative tasks as assigned Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and reporting Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks is required Experience with P&L statements , invoicing , purchase orders , and CRM software is preferred Rental equipment industry experience is highly preferred 2-4 years of experience in an administrative, business operations, or similar role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision Additional Information This position is not a leadership role and includes no supervisory responsibilities. It is designed for individuals who can manage routine operational and administrative functions accurately and consistently. The role supports the overall efficiency and accuracy of business processes.
