As the Director of Business Administration, you will report to the Executive Director and maintain a close relationship with corporate accounting and Human Resources and the Organizational Development teams. Responsibilities Acting as the initial point-of-contact for all HR (Human Resources) and accounting related matters Managing the recruitment process in yourmunity, including updates in the ATS, outreach to and screening of candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding process Interpreting policies and procedures andmunicating them to all employees both proactively and in response to questions Processing A/R and A/P timely Processing monthly billing statements, answering related question from residents and families in a timely manner Processing employee payroll and archiving and discarding payrolls at the end of each cycle Analyzing variances in departmental payroll vs. budget Gathering monthly accruals from department heads Producing proposals and presentation packets Requirements
2-year degree in a Business-related field; 4-year degree from an accredited university in a Business-related field preferred Must have excellentanizational skills as well as effective written and verbalmunication skills Be knowledgeable regarding ADP payroll systems and basic GL and Accounts Payable systems 3 years of business office experience with HR and accounting Prior Human Resources experience and/or education preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of HRIS system a plus As amunity leader at , you will have access to a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, the following: 8 holidays & 3 floating holidays Vacation and Health & Wellness Paid Time Off Discounted Meal Program Associate Referral Bonus Program, up to $1,500 Physical & Mental Health Wellness Programs Medical, Vision & Dental Benefits; no enrollment waiting period 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match Company-provided Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability Job Details
