Job Description
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Applications Processor in Coconut Creek, Florida. The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with managing client services in a dynamic industry. You will play a crucial role in handling customer applications, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and resolving any customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and file licensing applications for potential contractor candidates
- Coordinate and file Worker’s Compensation Exemption forms
- Establish various business entities such as Corporations, LLCs, Partnerships, and Fictitious Names
- Handle processing of Financially Responsible Officer (FRO) paperwork
- Provide Registered Agent services for companies based out of state
- Schedule licensing exams for candidates and coordinate Foreign Corporate Filings
- Collaborate with the Insurance Department to procure quotes for business insurance and surety bonds as necessary
- Maintain meticulous records and perform data entry tasks related to client files
- Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and request additional information when needed
- Work in conjunction with internal teams to ensure efficient and smooth client service delivery. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Applications Processor or relevant field.
- Proficiency in using ADP – Financial services for efficient financial management.
- Demonstrated ability in using Concur for travel and expense management.
- Experience in using CRM software for managing company’s relationships and interactions with potential and current customers.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports for creating interactive and presentation-quality reports.
- Proven experience in Data Processing, ensuring the collection and manipulation of items of data to produce meaningful information.
- Knowledge of About Time software for mobile resource management.
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a detail oriented manner, addressing customer inquiries and problems.
- Understanding of Buying Processes, to ensure smooth transactions and purchases.
- Demonstrated ability in Cash Activity management and Cash Handling, ensuring safe and accurate transactions.
- Experience in Sales Support, assisting the sales team in achieving their sales objectives.
- Previous Administrative experience, managing daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Familiarity with Administrative Office processes and systems.
- Experience in handling Construction Documents, ensuring they are complete, accurate and in compliance with industry standards.
