ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Create and manage the Front Desk schedule, including maintaining adequate coverage, handling time off requests and call-outs, minimizing overtime, and filling in as a necessity Assist in handling minor crises that may arise, such as technology issues, equipment issues, building and maintenance issues, etc, and communicate to the Regional Manager Utilize daily walk-throughs to ensure optimal performance and consistent aesthetics and report issues to the Regional Manager Prepare & lead front desk meetings Scan the schedule weekly for potential issues and handle them before they arise. Communicate promotions, events, changes, and other happenings to staff, front desk, and providers. Assist in onboarding and developing new coordinators and including initial onboarding meetings Be up to date on promotions & incentives and track FD progress Be the go-to person for minor provider needs such as blocks outside of the allowed parameters, scheduling and adjusting breaks, and distributing tips Other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager

COMPETENCIES

Minimum one year of management experience with direct employee reports in a Medical Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Works independently with minimal supervision Practical knowledge and experience in working with practice management software systems with the ability to direct workflow operations Experience in budgetary preparation regarding practice management and operations Maintains effective relationships and open communications with patients, families, management, and staff Email, excel, and office computer proficiency required
