JOB SUMMARY:

The CFStudents Central Coordinator position provides administrative, resource and coordinative support to CFStudents’ Central Director as well as CFStudents Staff Teams and activities at each location. This is a full-time, salary position and serves to fully support the Central CFStudents Director.

JOB DUTIES

Manages all aspects of the Central Student Ministries Calendar. Helps to drive and facilitate the budget process for CFStudents and keeps track of spending throughout the year. Develops reports for the Executive Director of Family Ministries. Manages monthly Concur reports and processes invoices. Institute and Coordinate CFStudents Systems including writing meetings, onboarding, etc. Helps to plan aspects of the VIVE and other CFStudents Events in partnership with Family Ministry Event Coordinator. Resources campus teams with CFStudents and Mix Dream Team supplies as needed. Manage calendar details and redirect general department inquiries for the CFStudents Director. Coordinates celebrating CFStudents staff team by helping plan for new team members, birthdays, and employment anniversaries. Plan, resource and support strategy for CFStudents Weekly Campus visit and support. Supports the CFStudents Central Director in leading all aspects of MVMNT Camp and Spring Retreat (i.e., manages registration, communication, and transportation details, etc.).

EDUCATION

College graduate, or degree in progress, preferably in a related field of ministry.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE 3-5

years’ experience in volunteer management, discipleship or customer service in a ministry or non-profit environment. Working knowledge of computers, social media, and adapting easily to new technologies. Experience in managing a budget.
