Current Available Position:

Service Department Administrator This position is for a service department administrator that will perform duties associated with inputting work orders; generating forms; contacting clients via phone and email; scheduling client appointments; processing warranty claims, and other administrative and customer service needs for the service department. The position is a mid-level position with the option for future development. This position works hand in hand with the Service Manager to run the day to day aspects of the Service Department. Persons with service writer, service management, or warranty biller experience preferred but not required. MUST have office administration experience.

Job Duties:

(including but not limited to)

  • Handling incoming service department phone calls
  • Communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, fax and meetings
  • Data entry such as inputting new work orders, client info, vendor info
  • Filing and managing warranty claims with primary vendors
  • Scheduling
  • Filing/File Management
  • Scanning and document storage
  • Other Data Entry
  • Cashiering Outbound Work Orders Office Admin Experience or Service Dept Administrative Experience IS required You MUST have your own reliable transportation You
MUST VALID & CURRENT FL

Driver’s license You MUST be willing have a back ground check A Positive attitude, Good people skills and a strong sense of pride in your work are all must have qualities. Dress Code:

Jeans, or Khaki’s with closed toe shoes Work shirts provided

Work Hours:

The hours for this position are currently 8:45am to 2:45 pm. However, There is potential for this position for applicants qualified to handle a heavier work load.

Salary:

Salary dependent on experience. Increases available within 90 days for qualified applicants.
