Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Manage andoversee all aspects of our 3PL brokerage services, ensuringefficient operations and high-quality service delivery. 2. Developand implement strategic plans to enhance the profitability andgrowth of our 3PL brokerage services. 3. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of 3PLservices with other business operations. 4. Maintain a strongunderstanding of market trends and competitive landscape to informstrategic decision-making. 5. Ensure compliance with all financialand regulatory requirements, and develop and implement bestpractices for financial management within the 3PL brokerageservices. 6. Foster relationships with key clients and partners,and work to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.7. Provide leadership and direction to the 3PL brokerage team,fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similarrole with a major shipper or 3PL. 2. Demonstrated experience inmanaging 3PL brokerage services, with a track record of enhancingprofitability and growth. 3. Strong strategic planning andfinancial management skills, with the ability to make informeddecisions based on market trends and competitive landscape. 4.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus onfostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 5.Strong understanding of financial and regulatory requirements for3PL brokerage services. 6. Excellent communication andrelationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectivelywith clients, partners, and cross-functional teams. 7. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.9. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
