MDHS Description:
• Manage and maintain user accounts, groups, and security policies within Active Directory. Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Configure and administer Azure AD, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings. Plan and execute migrations from on•premise to cloud, and integrate various Office 365 services.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both on•premise and cloud-based services. Implement and maintain security configurations, ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices. SUCCESS implementation/configuration in
AWS Required Skills/Experience:
Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, design, and implementation. Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD. Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and File Services. Utilize PowerShell for automation and routine administrative tasks. Handle Active Directory replication, Sites & Services configuration, and FSMO role management. Implementing and enforcing security policies to protect data, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access policies, and identity protection. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry regulations (e.g.,IRS 1075), performing access reviews and audits, and implementing corrective actions to strengthen security controls.
