Primarily responsible for wealth management portfolio transactions. Job Description The Director Transaction Management will manage, the following general account functions: General Manage C&W Transaction Managers to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including renewals, sale, sublease, and purchase Oversee the flow of key documentation and client communications Lead and / or facilitate client meetings Participate in C&W business reviews and key client meetings
Transaction Management :
Responsible for transaction management team and service delivery Execute a high-volume of transactions Determine client’s needs and communicate project parameters Oversee negotiations and management of transactions Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking of all transactions Accountable for accuracy of client’s portfolio data in technology systems (with C&W’s scope of work) Provide written and oral reporting of critical lease action items Ensure accuracy of critical lease action date reporting
Process Management :
Support the development of standard forms and procedures Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree required (finance/real estate preferred) Real Estate License required 10+ years of multiple Real Estate discipline experience; experience on both Landlord and Occupier side preferred. Ability to work effectively in a cohesive, performance measured environment Strong financial services background, including Retail experience Experience Managing Large Global / Real Estate Transaction Management Portfolios Experience managing, reviewing, and approving a large volume of transactions Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skills Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service Excellent relationship building skills at multiple management levels Strong oral and written communication skills Complex financial analysis experience and familiarity with financial concepts Strong proficiency with MS Office; experience using CoStar Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
