The primary purpose of the Business Manager II is overseeing strategic planning, budget and fiscal management, supervision, policy directives, HR management, training and special projects to ensure the Construction and Facilities Maintenance Office operates efficiently, remains financially stable, and achieves its long-term objectives. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans that align with CFMO’s vision, optimizing financial resources by managing budgets and expenditures, and ensuring that all sections within CFMO adhere to established policies and procedures. By providing leadership and supervision, the Business Manager II fosters a productive work environment, ensuring employees are supported, trained, and equipped with the necessary skills to contribute to organizational success. Additionally, the Business Manager II plays a crucial role in HR management, including hiring, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
