Position:
The Lead will manage all day-to-day functions of the Client Onboarding and Services team. The Lead is required to be proficient in the following team responsibilities and will be required to manage/load balance workload to other members of the team for high priority items and high peak volumes intraday. In addition to day-to-day functions, the Lead will be responsible for handling all escalation inquiries from Private Advisor teams and Branch Office members, working closely with internal support teams as well as external teams at NFS and Envestnet for a timely and accurate resolution. The candidate will be expected to have a full understanding of the Rockefeller offering and is expected to own/implement process improvement for workflows and user applications working with various groups within Rockefeller.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing client profile information from multiple sources and perform Business Process Manager document review, validation & retention for account review and maintenance items necessary to maintain customer records “in good order.” Subject Matter Expert on Rockefeller Platform applications including Wealthscape, BPM, Service Center, UAO, Envestnet, AOA, ASA, DocuPace. Provide training expertise on all operational aspects of new account opening and maintenance. Support on-boarding events of PWA teams. Facilitate the processing of strategy modifications and act as liaison between the third-party manager and advisor team for all Envestnet service requests. Ability to communicate effectively with the client advisory and custodians alike regarding administrative issues surrounding account activity. Handle various administrative functions that support the Investment and Compliance department. Provide ad hoc reporting support to PWA teams in operations and branch office personnel. Run/maintain Control and Governance reports for Home Office and firm level functions.
Qualifications:
College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field. 7-10 years of experience in equity settlements or in back-office operations. Familiarity with financial systems a plus. i.e. Bloomberg, Omgeo, CRM systems, On-line Portals, Performance Reporting. Experience on various custodial platforms a plus.

Individual should be equally proficient working in a team environment or as an individual contributor. Should be goal driven with team success as a priority. Eager to learn, work with a sense of urgency, multi-tasking, willing to work extended hours and flexible to change. Individual must be extremely thorough, detail-oriented, organized, able to learn quickly and handle volume under pressure.
Compensation Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $95,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
