Job Purpose Holcim Solutions and Products is hiring a Process Support Administrator (PSA). This position is responsible for processing special form warranties, correcting and reissuing warranty documents and adjusting warranty billings for Holcim brands. The PSA develops, communicates, and executes strategies consistent with Holcim’s objective to deliver best-in- class service through customer focus and operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities Issue custom warranties according to approved processes Adjust warranty billings Correct and reissue previously issued warranties Interact with and assist customers via telephone, e-mail and other electronic means Understand Holcim’s strategic direction and align team activities and metrics to execute and deliver against them Create and foster a culture of customer-centric, action-oriented, collaborative teammates Participate in corporate initiatives as assigned to enhance company capabilities, performance, and efficiency Qualifications Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe software required Experience in SAP and CRM preferred Outstanding communication and customer service skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates Competencies Building Effective Teams Drive for Results and Achievement Influential Communication Business Acumen Decision Quality Organizational Agility Command Skills Data Analytics and Reporting Working Conditions Position is office-based using standard office technologies, with opportunities to work from home.
