ASAP A highlyrespected organization is seeking a Service Integration Analyst tosupport and enhance its IT service delivery through effectivevendor and service management. This is a long-term, strategiccontract opportunity that involves working closely with internal ITleadership and external partners to ensure successful onboarding,integration, and performance of technology services.

KeyResponsibilities:

Engagement Management:

Oversee the end-to-endlifecycle of third-party engagements, including onboarding,expansion, and service delivery.

Service Delivery:

Translatebusiness needs into measurable outcomes by documenting andinterpreting requirements into Statements of Work (SOWs) and otherdelivery artifacts.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closelywith vendor partners, product teams, engineering, and IT leaders toalign objectives, resolve challenges, and ensure successful serviceexecution.

Process Documentation:

Help develop and maintain aService Management Manual outlining roles, responsibilities,policies, and procedures that guide IT service operations.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze key performanceindicators (KPIs) to ensure partners meet or exceed serviceexpectations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree inIT, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-6 years ofexperience in IT service integration, vendor management, or IToperations. Familiarity with service management frameworks (e.g.,ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms. Proven experiencein process improvement and organizational change initiatives.

Strong ability to interpret and manage contract documents (MSAs,SOWs, etc.). Experience with contract redlining is a plus.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and deliveringresults.
