Promote and maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate
- a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- meticulous attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills-verbal and written
- highly professional responses and interactions with management and staff Responsible for
- processing government timesheets and procurement card reports
- providing administrative support for department and director(s) including calendar management, expense report reconciliation, and travel arrangements
- performing various administrative duties including coordinating meetings and events, catering, room set-up and breakdown
- inventory management and maintenance of office and breakroom supplies
- providing assistance to procurement specialist for purchasing support, invoice submission and reconciliation
- maintaining records and ensure adherence to Southern Company administrative, accounting and compliance procedures
- providing backup assistance to other administrative support personnel
- coordinating with building services as needed
- performing ad hoc miscellaneous administrative assignments as directed.
