Supervises departmental administrative operations.
Responsible for training, auditing, productivity standards, operational performance, recruitment, payroll, and other matters associated with the productivity and operations of the department.
Handles confidential information.
May have grant and budgetary responsibilities.
May supervise the work of subordinate personnel.
Supports the Department Chair and Faculty with administrative support.
Acts as a liaison to department leadership and/or as human resources administrator for the department.
