Warranty Supervisor 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 2031 SW 2nd St, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 HVAC industry company is seeking a Warranty Supervisor to join our growing team. This position supervises the Warranty team that effectively resolves technical issues regarding our air-conditioning units, answers any questions from customers, and maintains the flow of warranty parts. The ideal candidate MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish). Review the warranty inventory to prepare the required estimate Assist warranty customers over the phone to resolve issues. Must be comfortable with over the phone customer service. Place orders through the Purchasing Department Prepare warranty claims to suppliers Process warranties for parts from stores Process store equipment warranties Determine if the equipment is (recoverable, cannibalize, destroy) Transfer recovered equipment to stores or sell it at a reduced price Be the custodian of the warranty inventory Conduct cycle inventories at least once a month Review inventory quality to determine its validity and obsolescence Provide recommendations for improvements in warranty processes Visit stores to review warranty procedures Supervise the warranty department’s staff Assist the Warranty Manager in other required functions
