JRBS is hiring a seasoned administrative coordinator who wants to contribute to the next generation of leaders and improve existing corporate culture. We are a Flagler County entity providing professional leadership, management, and spiritual alignment coaching. We also provide process improvement and project management to healthcare, hospitality, and transportation organizations. We provide the services or train their existing staff to perform them.

Requirements:

Highschool Diploma/GED, minimum; (some college preferred)Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and be able to learn new software as needed: i.e MS Project, QuickBook, etc.• Must be proficient with updating Social Media, i.e. LinkedIn, FaceBook, etc.1 year of professional office experienceEmployer does background and reference checksValid drivers licenseEmployer does motor vehicle record checksEmployer will perform testingMust speak, read and write in EnglishThis role will support the CEO and Consultant with administrative duties:

Scheduling appointments,• Setting up Zoom and Teams meetings• Taking meeting notes and distributing them or posting them on a common siteArranging travel and coaching logisticsGeneral administrative duties, i.e. filing, ordering office supplies, etc.

The ideal person has social media experience with LinkedIn and Facebook management. Must write and speak fluent English with professional appearance and voice. The candidate will need to learn systems and processes. May need to be customer facing periodically.
