•Applications without the Excel test will not be reviewed Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating spreadsheets and administrative tasks? We’re looking for a Temporary Administrative Workflow Coordinator to support our Damage Prevention and Public Awareness team. In this essential role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly while providing accurate, timely support for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and a knack for solving day-to-day challenges with confidence and professionalism. How you’ll contribute: Perform a variety of administrative duties including document preparation, data entry, mail handling, and file management under general supervision Audit data for accuracy using Excel; create and maintain charts, graphs, and reports Utilize department software to track and manage information (training provided) Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts; handle routine inquiries and assist in resolving moderately complex issues Coordinate meetings and appointments, verify documentation for compliance, and support projects as needed Strengths and skills: Intermediate Excel and Word skills (Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) SAP knowledge is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently with general supervision
