PrideStaff is proud to share an exciting new opportunity! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Office Clerk to join our client’s busy and fast paced teams!
Shift/Hours:
Monday•Friday; 8:00 AM•5:00 PM
Pay Range:
$19•$20 /hr DOE
Location:
Fort Myers, FL
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Plan and coordinate office events and activities
Maintain contact lists and databases
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Maintain office equipment as needed
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, and company credit cards
Assist with onboarding process for new employees
Provide support to visitors and clients as needed
Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
Support marketing initiatives and assist with company events
Skills Required:
Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or relevant role
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service orientation
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines)
