We are searching for a professional administrator that has an upbeat and friendly personality that has experience greeting customers in person and on the phone, possesses excellent communication skills, proficient on computers, and takes pride in the quality of their work. This is a full time temp to hire position.

- 9:30 AM
- 6:00
PM Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr.

Experience:

Customer Service & Administrative Experience Job Requirements:
Must have the ability to provide excellent Customer Service Must be a highly motivated professional, good at multitasking, detail oriented, articulate, and reliable
Outgoing, pleasant personality with customers and staff
Greet customers on arrival Answer calls promptly, take accurate messages and convey messages to the sales staff Check basic mathematical functions for accuracy Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
Perform all other Administrative duties
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Outlook
Must be available two Saturdays per month and all Holidays except Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter are required workdays
