Full-Time About the role: You’re the behind-the-scenes boss who keeps the wheels turning! As our Admin Coordinator, you’ll wear many hats—calendar wrangler, project tracker, office guru, and go-to problem solver. You’ll support the CEO and executive team, help keep our Miami office humming, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Responsibilities:

Keep things running like clockwork by supporting daily operations across departments Be the CEO’s right-hand: schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and generally keep things organized Play logistics lead for trade shows and team events Take charge of errands, bank runs, and supply restocks—whatever needs doing Maintain records, track reports, and help keep the business on budget Own the office vibe: supplies, snacks, clean space, happy place Collaborate with team leads to align projects and keep things moving forward Gather and deliver feedback to the leadership team so we can keep leveling up Help identify process hiccups and create clear, repeatable workflows Jump in where needed—whether it’s helping with onboarding, coordinating contractors, or working with our back office superheroes Be available for occasional after-hours support—things don’t always stop at 5:30!

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a must in our vibrant, diverse office 3+ years of experience in admin/ops roles (project management is a big plus!)
